Most attendees
are accommodated in approximately 70 dormitory-style cabins
with semi-private toilet and shower facilities (and ample hot water!), but you
may also camp in your own tent or RV (no utility hook-ups) or stay in a nearby
hotel or motel (at your own additional expense). Those staying off site will
need to make their own hotel reservations and arrangements for transportation
to and from the resort each day. Campers are assigned a “home” cabin for shower
access.
All meals,
beverages (including beer and wine), and light snacks are included. A
vegetarian alternative is available by formal request via the GNI Gathering
registration form.

representative index of scheduled activities from a past Gathering, click

there are also unofficial activities organized by participants, such as several
cabin parties nearly every night and special events across the lake.
The following attendance options are available. All dates
are in August 2010, and prices reflect total program cost, including all meals
and beverages and cabin housing. (Discounts apply for those camping in tents or
RVs or staying off site at their own additional expense.)

The club is allotted Cabin H5, which has a total of ten
beds. It is located above the grassy
slope overlooking the lower pool. Cabin mates must register for the Gathering no later than the revised
deadline of July 21 in order to be housed with the group.
During the
summer, we will contact cabin mates to help plan, subject to general interest,
for activities, decorations, and costumes for one or more of the daily themed social
hours.
As in previous
years, there may be a Gathering
send-off nude pool party in South Florida in early August for our cabin mates,
Gathering registrants from Florida, and members of the WildFyre Society.
